These were the most difficult parts to change that I ordered. The existing lonng anchors bolts were difficult to remove. Once those were out, the parts fit I installed them in a few minutes.

Extremely bad body bolt design by Dodge. What were they thinking of?
Tried to install new tow hooks today on my 07 Dakota and found it impossible to remove the front two body mount bolts. You can't secure the large washer at the top (there is no bolt or nut head) while impact wrenching the other end of the bolt head underneath the frame. Will check with the Dodge dealer to find out if they have any magical solutions. Hope I can return the hooks if I can't install them.
