The truck should have this already!
The installation can be a bit fiddly for those with limited mechanical know how, and daunting for those with a new truck when faced with soldering the connections to the harness. Wire colors in the instructions don't match the actual wire colors (red/black) - follow the write up on the Dodge forum and you will find better instructions and great step by step photos written by a member there (not me) - works great and locks/unlocks remotely as expected

Cool and convenient addition to my truck
This is a must have addition. Had the locking tailgate but now one click and it is locked/unlocked. Did not lock tailgate all the time due to hassle with getting key out of fob, now press the button and done!!!

Very useful with a cover.
It was easy to install works great There is a difference in the supplied instructions. The instructions have the wrong colored wires listed. The harness comes with a black and red wire. So the red wire goes with the Tan/Light blue wire and the black goes with Tan/Dark blue wire.
