The roof rack system took 10 minutes to install and worked as designed.
I needed this part the delivered the day before Thanksgiving. Leeparts.com was the only dealer on the East Coast that had the part in stock and could ship it in time. The customer service rep. that I spoke with verified that the part was in stock before I made the purchase final. The part arrived on time, was easy to install, and worked as designed.

Installed easily and looks great. It took 3 months to get and my card was charged when I ordered, not when item shipped. I won't order an out of stock item again.

they fit!
finally got some cross bars for my 2004 pacifica and they fit. took about 15 minutes to install, no sweat.

OEM Parts, Perfect Fit
I gave the folks at Lee a call and spoke to Brian. He said the rails were backordered, but that I could go ahead and order. The rails came in much sooner than expected, and were shipped right away. I received emails updating me on the order status, a very positive experience ordering from Lee.

Look good and easy to install
Aesthetics blend in with contours of vehicle. Required a torx bit to install. Having a helper on the other side of the car is helpful to slide them back and forth but not unexpected.

Perfect Fit - Instructions lacking
First off, LeeParts.com is the BEST! Great prices and fast service. The Roof Rack is a perfect fit and looks GREAT! We looked around and LeeParts.com has the best prices.
A friendly note, the instructions that came with them from MOPAR are terrible, to say the least. There were no words, just pictures, and it wasn't clear which rail was which and how they should be attached. Mounting these rails is not tough, but the instructions could have been clearer and the parts could have been labeled better.
Be sure to check the underside of the rails. There is lightly stamped text with an arrow that points in the direction of the "Front".
Also, the rails ARE different, even though they look almost identical. Look carefully at the mount on each rail and match it, as best you can, to the "instructions". One mount is thinner and less angled than the other.
It would have been better if MOPAR had stamped "A" on the "A" rail. That's all it would have taken to clear this up.
Anyway, the rails are great and look perfect. This is definitely the place to buy these rails!!!

Easy to install.
East to adjust and work great. Better than a generic one size fits all. Not sure why they just don't come with the vehicle.

Easy to Install, makes all the difference with this Crossover
Received and installed today. instructions aren't the best but they never are,are they? You will need a TORX screwdriver to install this rack.
