It's a serviceable Mopar roof rack; installation is a real job.
Don't follow all the picture instructions. The supplied mounting screws are too long, and don't fit a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. There's a ledge about 1" under the roof sheetmetal. The mounting studs need to fit tightly into the holes drilled in the roof. The washers used to fit around the M6 bolts used to pull up and mushroom the mounting studs need to fit more tightly than the M8 washers shown in the instructions. At least two of the mounting studs need to be ground to a shorter length to fit the space between the roof sheetmetal and the underlying flange. For me, it was a 3-4 hour job, not including the trip to get shorter mounting machine screws, M6-30.
