Returnable Items:

Most parts and accessories are covered by a one year factory warranty against manufacturers defects. Returns are accepted up to thirty days after date of shipment. All returned items must have the original packaging and any hardware or installation instructions. Items must be resalable. Some items may be charged a 20% restocking fee. You must fill out the RMA Request Form in the "My Returns" Section of "Your Account". You will be assigned an RMA number with your return approval. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Thank you.
