Whenever possible we try to give the estimated release date on our website
If you do not see a release date it means we do not have a date from our supplier
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order
Pre-Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis Pre-Ordering 99.9% of the time guarantees you will receive the item
If you order more than one pre-order item, you will receive items as they become available
If a pre-order project is cancelled by the manufacturer or over-sold, you will receive a full refund and an e-mail notification
We are not responsible for items that are cancelled by our suppliers
We are not responsible for change in production numbers by our suppliers
We are not responsible for delayed release dates from our suppliers
Customer orders for pre-order items may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping, with no restocking charges
If you can not wait for the item, please do not Pre-Order the item.
